ZOKKU ("the App") is a math and logic puzzle game developed by Ahmet Altun ("Developer", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the App.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed to be played fully offline, and we do not collect any personal information directly.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not require account creation, login, or registration. We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Location data
- Photos, contacts, or files
- Payment or financial information
- Chat messages or user-generated content
3. Local Data Storage
The App stores game progress, settings, and preferences locally on your device using on-device storage (Hive). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server. This includes:
- Puzzle progress and completion history
- Campaign and daily challenge progress
- Star counts and badge achievements
- Theme, language, sound, and haptic preferences
This data is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data through your device settings.
4. Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain data for the purpose of serving and measuring ads. This may include:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- IP address (used for approximate location for ad relevance)
- App activity and interaction data (ad views, ad clicks)
- Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to this data.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off Personalized Ads
5. Analytics
The App may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage data and crash reports. This helps us improve the App's performance and stability. The data collected includes:
- App open/close events
- Screen views
- Crash logs and error reports
- Device type and OS version
This data is anonymous, aggregated, and cannot be used to identify individual users. It is processed by Google in accordance with Firebase Privacy Documentation.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is rated for ages 3+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any personal information from any user, it complies with applicable children's privacy regulations including COPPA.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — Advertising
- Firebase Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics — Crash reporting
8. Data Security
All game data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted over the internet. Data transmitted by third-party services (AdMob, Firebase) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. We do not retain any user data on external servers. Data collected by third-party services is subject to their respective retention policies.
